Gib's Jindivik Page

The Jindivik is a remotely piloted target aircraft. It was used to tow targets for missiles
fired by ships or aircraft.

It was designed and built by the government aircraft factory in Victoria Australia.
The Australian Jindiviks ceased operation on the 3oth June 1998 after over 30  years of operations.
The British continue to operate Jindiviks in Wales.

Jindivik means "The Hunted One" in Aboriginal.
